President Muhmmadu Buhari has sent warm felicitations to former Military President, General Ibrahim Babangida, who clocks 79.
The President, in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, expressed the belief that Nigerians will always remember Babangida’s services to the nation.
